Murrayburn (Longstone) Guild meets fortnightly on Tuesdays at 7.30pm in the activity hall of Murrayburn (Longstone) Parish Church. The Guild runs from the beginning of October until the end of May each year.

We began our 2025/2026 session with the theme “Let us build a house” starting with our annual Guild Dedication Service as part of a Sunday morning service led by Rev. Sam Torrens. Our session also included a fun social evening, followed by a varied programme of talks and activities such as Scottish minerals, woodland wreaths, the joy of spines, and seated exercises.

Throughout the year, we enjoy a wide range of speakers and activities with something to suit every taste. Highlights include our annual Christmas Dinner at Kingsknowe Golf Club, where everyone enjoys good food and great company.

The Guild is open to everyone who enjoys having fun, learning new things, and chatting over a cup of tea with old and new friends.
